Kelsey Dixon rides in the 13-14 year old category and is a member of last years best national venue winner, Braintree BMX Club. She’s also a member of the Aggro Racing team, but most importantly she has a kick-ass bike!
We caught up with Kelsey to find out a little more about it…
Why do you ride this frame, above all others?
I wanted something different and a frame that not many girls are seen riding.
How long have you been riding this frame then?
About 5-6 months.
How many frames have you gone through since you started riding?
4 – GT, Felt, GHP now my Standard.
What’s the oldest part on your bike?
The oldest part on my bike is me, as everything on my bike was new when my dad built it.
Any special mods on this bike?
Nothing special, but i had my DXR cranks powder coated white with red Shimano DXR stickers on so they look original.
Who do you ride with?
When I go to the track every Wednesday and Saturday for training, I ride with Bethany Shriever, Ria Goodman rides with me to help me sometimes.
