Chris Christensen is from Denmark rides for Pure Bicycles and Red Bull, he’s a former World Champion and currently ranked W2 in his class. He’s been one of the top dog in his age group for a few years now. He’s also one of the youngest guy’s to be on Red Bull. He just had his 16th birthday and his sponsor decided to throw him a suprise birthday jam and build him a backyard track / trails set up… Why not? That’s one of the priviledges of being backed by the biggest energy drink brands in the World.
Chris has always been one of my favourite riders to watch, he’s an all rounder BMXer …Check out the edit of the build and his jam:
Chris will be doing battle in Orleans in 2 weeks time for the Euro Champs before coming to Birmingham looking to reclaim his W1 plate back. There’s a few more riders in his age group this year that are looking to upset that dream. Non other than our very own Quillan Iadadore who is on fire right now and has to be confident in his chances going into these big races. Quillan beat Chris at the Euro round in Belgium and also at the indoor in Manchester so know’s he’s got what it takes to win those titles… Chris has the experience of winning big races, so it’s going to be a great showdown for the fans. Throw in the other few players into the mix and 16 boys is going to be one of the best classes to watch on Saturday night at the NIA.
