So it would seem that the new “best” way to improve your 10 mtr power and speed is to use a weight sled, I have seen a few UK clubs using these kinda tools in their training camps, it seems like a good idea to me …I kinda like this style of training , its a bit Rocky 4 init !!!
I’m pretty sure you could use ropes and car tyres (see it’s gone all Rocky) and drag them behind you!!!
Or if you wanna go a bit more upmarket then you can do it this way-
