Club Gazebo booking:
All Clubs are to be given priority of track side space; the cost for gazebo space is £5.00 per 3mx3m area. (Set by BC) Again all Clubs have been contacted and we’ve received plenty of bookings. Most of the prime trackside viewing areas are booked, but there is still some space on the last straight and loads on the first straight which will be right by the large grandstand that EA scaffolding will be supplying. Again if you haven’t booked and want to; email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
2.Size of space required.
3.Name of person making booking.
A list or plan of all bookings will also be posted on this thread soon.
The person making the booking for Club or Team areas is responsible for paying.
Payment should be made at the entrance to the track/car park on arrival and before any gazebos are erected, you will be given a receipt, please hang this on your gazebo as proof of payment. (One receipt per 3x3m will be provided)
Bookings will close when full and this will be announced as soon as that happens, a short time later a list will be listed on BMXtalk and our facebook page of the area your gazebo will be placed.
Positions will be first come first served.
Your space will be marked out and will have your club name in it; this will be your space for the whole of the weekend.
Camping and car parking:
Campsite will open at 12 midday on Friday and will cost £20 for the weekend. The campsite must be vacated by 8pm Sunday evening. Camping is on the parkland surronding the track. So is very close to the track, toilets, showers and most importantly of all the PUB! The campsite is in two sections. we suggest that families with young children who are likely to be early to bed use the area to the far right of the camping field. This is furthest away from the Pub and the Saturday night entertainment we have planned(see below).
Male and female Toilets and showers will be provided in our Club house. Also portaloos, fresh water and waste disposal point are provided in the camping area, and portaloo toilets right by the pens for riders too. The showers will be open at set times which we will post on here nearer the time.
All campers will be provided with rubbish bags, please dispose of in the skips provided around the campsite.
Car parking will be located in two designated areas which again are 50 yards from the track and will be clearly signposted and cost £6 for the weekend.
Security will be provided overnight on Friday and Saturday, but Please be vigilant still.
Wrist bands – Important
Wrist bands will be issued to everyone once they have paid for camping or car parking (everyone in you party will get one) These must be worn at all times and shown to security as you enter the track compound area. This is being put in place to protect you and your belongings so please co-operate. Anyone who hasn’t paid for camping or car parking will be charged a £2 weekend spectator fee and will again receive a wrist band, this is more for local people who walk to the event and is being put in place to deter an unwanted element on site. Whilst we are putting in these measures to help protect your belonging we ask that you still take good care of your belongings. Redditch Premiers, Redditch Wheels Project and Redditch Borough Council except no responsibilty for loss or theft of items or belongings.

Saturday Night Entertainment
Full details are to be arranged on this, but we will have a couple of bands playing on the Saturday night. We are having a temporary stage brought in with PA and sound man. A warm up act will start not long after racing has finished, then our headline act ‘Sugar Mama’ (http://www.sugarmamamusic.co.uk/) will play their set. These young guys are amazing, playing Rock and blues with a mixture of covers and original material drawing from all their influences like The Beatles, The Who, The Kinks, John Lee Hooker, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix and many more. While this is going on Funbusters will still be around with inflatables etc for the kids and a mechanical bull for the parents. We are hoping to run some sort of Mechanical Bull contest on Saturday night too. All of this will be focussed towards and around the pub and its large garden area. This is a very short walk from the track/campsite. The PA will be pointing away from the campsite area though. Music should finish at around 10.30pm at the latest.
