Injuries in BMX are a nightmare no matter what level you compete at. But, when you are a PRO racer it’s even more frustrating as injuries mean time off the bike which depending on what stage of the year can mean potentially missing important races, losing prize money and more so than ever in 2012 the chance to gain import ranking points and national team selection for those chasing the “Olympic Dream” . In this cool little video by Crupi’s Tyler Brown we see how his coach Greg Romero has kept him in shape since breaking his wrist back in January and already has him back upto speed despite only just getting his cast taken off. This is a good insight into what the PRO’s do on and off the bike to prepare for the big races, even when injured! Check it out:
